The morning visit to Deus ex Machina | Penned by Scott
With a nice relaxed start to the morning we arrived at Deus ex Machina to meet 5 other Frasers, there and waiting. After having a chat and a catch up we went inside to have a look around and a cup of coffee.
Deus ex Machina is a company that creates cafe racer style motorbikes and bobber style motorbikes. They have a great showroom with a cafe as you enter the front door and a huge display of clothing, bikes and accessories. The workshop where they modify the bikes is behind two big glass panels - a very impressive space with more of a gallery feel to it as opposed to a workshop.
After sitting down to our coffee and food for some we had a look around the shop. Some of the aluminum work on the fuel tanks and guards is very impressive. The cafe was buzzing with many different groups of people having the same morning catch up as we were. Lots of amazing bikes and cars in the car park.
After digesting our food and a final look around we hopped in our cars and had a nice drive around the waterfront.
It was a great morning out and a fantastic place to meet and absorb the atmosphere. Thanks to everyone that turned up, it was great to catch up and also to the Deus staff who were very helpful.
